Women Power for Batangas

Governor Hermilando I. Mandanas led the Oath-Taking Ceremony of the officers of the Local Lady Legislators League of Batangas Province or 4L at the Batangas Provincial Auditorium last February 6, 2017. Elected as President of the said organization as 6th District Senior Board Member Wheng Sombrano-Africa, while 3rd District Board Member Divina Balba, Mataas na Kahoy Vice-Mayor Janet Ilagan and Balayan Municipal Councilor Rita Abiad were voted as Vice-Presidents of the organization. Gov. Mandanas believes that the women’s group will contribute greatly to the province.
