Batangas Gov. Hermilando I. Mandanas presented the Key to Batangas to Mr. Takuro Nakajima, President of Murata Electronics, during the 1st Batangas Provincial Investment Council (BPIC) Forum last February 8, 2017 at the Provincial Cooperative Center, Batangas Capitol, Batangas City. Gov. Mandanas addressed the council, led by its president, AG&P Chairperson Jose P. Leviste, Jr. Members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan also graced the assembly, led by Sr. BM Wheng Sombrano Africa.
