Batangas Gov. Dodo Mandanas met with members of the Rotary Club of Batangas, led by its President Grace Wakamatsu (3rd from right), and the Rotary Club of Melbourne, Australia District 9800, with their team leader Michael La Piña (left), last February 14, 2017 at the Provincial Capitol, Batangas City. The Rotarians, who were part of their Group Vocational Exchange Team, paid a courtesy call on the Gov.
