Gov. Hermilando I. Mandanas led the oath-taking ceremony (photo above) of the officers of the Batangas Provincial Investors’ Council (BPIC) during the Batangas Development Summit 2017 at the Lima Park Hotel in Malvar, Batangas last January 27, 2017. BPIC chairperson Jose Leviste, Jr. (right photo) took his Oath of Office at the Sangguniang Panlalawigan as he was unable to attend the Batangas Summit. Other BPIC officer are: VP Billy Bualberto; Treasurer Mana Rodriguez; and Business Managers Noriel Endozo (District 1), Alex Yap (Districts 2&5), Christian Batoon (District 3) and Pedrito Kalaw (District 6).
