Visit Batangas

HOW TO GET HERE

One can reach the Batangas from various points of Luzon, which also depends on what part of the province are you heading to.

From Manila via SLEX – STAR Tollway

STAR Tollway has exits which will lead you to the town of Sto. Tomas, the city of Tanauan, and then the town of Malvar.

If you wish to go to Lipa City proper, turn right upon reaching Lipa City toll exit. Right in the city proper is the access road going to the towns of Padre Garcia, Rosario, and San Juan.

Turning left upon reaching Lipa City toll exit will lead you to the towns of Mataasnakahoy, San Jose, Cuenca, Alitagtag and other neighboring towns.

The last toll exit is Batangas City exit where you can access the provincial capitol, and the towns of San Pascual, Bauan, Mabini, and other nearby municipalities.

Directions above lead you to the eastern part of Batangas. If you wish to go to the other side of the province where some of the other beaches are located, below is your road guide.

From Manila via SLEX – Tagaytay City

From SLEX, take the Sta. Rosa toll exit, turn right to reach Silang, Cavite then Tagaytay City.

The town of Nasugbu, Batangas comes after Tagaytay City. Turning left after the boundary of Batangas and Cavite will lead you to Diokno Highway — your access to the towns of Calaca, Lemery, Taal, and San Luis.

From Nasugbu Highway, you will reach the beach resorts of Nasugbu, Lian, and Calatagan if you take a right at the Palico junction, while taking a left will bound you to the towns of Tuy, Balayan, and Calaca.

Batangas Seaport Terminal, located in Brgy. Sta. Clara in Batangas City, is where you can reach the other half of Southern Luzon composed of the island provinces of Mindoro, Marinduque, and Romblon.
