Batangas Provincial Governor Dodo Mandanas with Department of the Interior and Local Government CALABARZON, Regional Director Manuel Q. Gotis CESO III, officially signed the Deed of Usufruct for DILG Batangas Provincial Office last Monday, March 13, 2017 at the Provincial Auditorium. Mandanas explained that the provincial government may contribute real property to any sector of the government to construct a building; introduce other structures, facilities and/ or improvements that may be necessary for the proper and beneficial use of the site; and improve services mostly for Batangueños.
