PCSUPT Ma O R. Aplasca, Acting Regional Director, PRO CALABARZON, with Col. Marceliano Villafranca and PD Leopoldo Cabanag paid a courtesy call to Gov. Dodo Mandanas last March 2, 2017 at the Provincial Capitol. Mandanas stressed the role of Batangueños’ partnership with the PNP in the peace and order of the entire Province of Batangas. The Governor is also 100% committed on the projects of the PNP regarding the fight against illegal drugs. On the other hand, Gen. Aplasca wants to ensure the good performance of all the Municipal and City Chiefs of Police within their respective areas of responsibilities.
